All Tallinn restaurants in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Estonia — stars, Bib Gourmands and inspector picks, with the inspectors' own notes.
Every Tallinn restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Estonia — all 33 of them, from the two-starred 180° by Matthias Diether on the Noblessner waterfront to neighbourhood bistros the inspectors rate for honest, good-value cooking. The selection includes one two-star and one one-star restaurant, eight Bib Gourmands and the city's only MICHELIN Green Star (Fotografiska, whose kitchen runs on a 'leaf-to-root, nose-to-tail' ethos).
Each point carries the MICHELIN inspectors' own description plus the distinction, price level, cuisine, address and links. The pins cluster in five walkable pockets: the medieval Old Town, the Rotermann Quarter, Telliskivi Creative City, the Noblessner marina and Kadriorg — with a few outliers worth the trip, like NOA on the bay shore facing the Old Town skyline.
