All fenced off-leash dog parks across Tallinn's eight districts — verified against the city register, OpenStreetMap and koertepargid.ee

Every fenced dog park (koerte jalutusväljak) in Tallinn — under the city's pet-keeping rules, the only places where a dog may legally run off-leash. The list is built from the Tallinn city government's official register of dog walking areas, cross-checked against OpenStreetMap and the koertepargid.ee community directory, and includes three newly built parks the official page hasn't caught up with yet (Mustakivi, Seli and Õismäe raba) plus the private dog run on the Ülemiste City campus.
The parks are free, maintained by their district governments, and most have separate sections for large and small dogs, training equipment, benches and bins with waste bags — per-park details are in each point. Swimming is a separate affair: dogs may swim in the sea and lakes outside public beaches (popular spots include the shore east of Russalka, the Kopli lines promenade, Merivälja and Männiku/Raku), but not at official swimming beaches, ponds or fountains.
