An enchanting walk from scarp top to valley bottom and back into the charming small town of Wotton-under-Edge, through rich farmland, woodland tracks and rolling parkland over Wortley Hill, with spectacular views and an optional detour to the Tudor hunting lodge of Newark Park.
- Distance: 5 miles / 8 km (6½ miles with the Newark Park detour)
- Duration: 3–4 hours (4–5 with detour)
- Difficulty: Moderate, stiles and steep sections
