A 2.5-mile (4km) circular short walk from Stanton up the Cotswold escarpment to the Iron Age hillfort at Shenberrow, with sweeping views over the Severn Vale.

The shorter version of the Stanton walk: a 2½-mile (4 km) loop from the honey-stone village of Stanton up the Cotswold escarpment past the Iron Age hillfort at Shenberrow, with awe-inspiring views over Stanton and across the Severn Vale into Wales, before dropping back to the village beside the Mount Inn.
