A 6-mile (9.7km) stile-free circular through Standish Wood to Haresfield Beacon, with Civil War history and breathtaking views over the Severn Vale.

A spectacular walk along peaceful woodland tracks out onto windswept hillsides to Haresfield Beacon, with breathtaking views over the Severn Vale to the Forest of Dean and Welsh hills. This stretch of the Cotswold Way is twinned with a section of the Bruce Trail in Ontario, Canada — Canada's oldest and longest marked footpath — as a mark of friendship between the two trails.
